I don’t guide footballers from contract to contract. I guide them through their entire career. With open communication, a reliable network and the ambition to find the decision that fits each player, on and off the pitch.
As a FIFA licensed football agent based in Munich, I connect players, families and clubs as equals. My work starts long before the signature, with an honest assessment, a realistic plan and the right environment.
My foundation is a degree in sports management from the Faculty of Sport at the University of Sarajevo (2017), now complemented by the FIFA licence. I deliberately work with a small number of players. That leaves time for what matters: personal availability, individual strategy and real support, on and off the pitch.

01What does a FIFA licensed football agent do?
An agent represents players or clubs in contract negotiations and transfers. Since October 2023, only agents holding a valid FIFA licence may perform this service internationally. Beyond that, I support career planning, marketing and personal matters around football.
02From what age can I be represented?
FIFA rules give special protection to minors: contact is permitted no earlier than six months before a player is allowed to sign their first professional contract, and only with the prior written consent of the legal guardians. I’m happy to explain to families what that means in practice.
03What does it cost?
Fees are agreed in writing upfront in the representation agreement and stay within the applicable regulations. There are no hidden costs, because transparency is the foundation of every partnership.
04Do you only work with professionals?
No. I work with professionals as well as ambitious young players, and I support clubs with squad planning. What matters is a shared drive to keep developing.
05How does the first contact work?

06Which languages do you speak?
My native language is Bosnian and I work professionally in German. A first conversation in basic English is also possible.
