We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide this website and respond to enquiries. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, and served from its data centre in Frankfurt am Main. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system) is processed in server log files in order to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are only kept for a short time and then deleted automatically. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Vercel.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies, use analytics or marketing tools, or store any information on your device. Fonts are served locally from our own server; no connection is made to Google or other third parties.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or via the contact form, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, role, message) to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Contact form details are transmitted to our server in encrypted form and forwarded to our inbox via the email service Resend (sent from the EU, Ireland region). No form data is stored on the website itself. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Resend. Your data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Please only share data of minors with the consent of their legal guardians.
6. WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta). Data may be transferred to the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Please use email or phone instead if you do not want this. The link on this website does not load any WhatsApp content until you click it.
7. Links to social networks
We link to our profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn. These are plain links; no data is transferred until you click them and visit the respective platform.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
